What our clients love about Korba!

We were struggling with Sage ACT! For our CRM system as it was so slow and clunky so needed to make a fast transition to a better solution. We invited Korba in to review a couple of options for this and settled on Pipedrive due to its use friendly interface and ease of implementation. However, there was the small challenge of transferring all the data across from ACT!, as well as integrating a cloud based folder system and checklist for our sales process steps. Korba established exactly what we needed first, and then implemented the transition, automating the creation of project numbers to match the previous regime, folder structures and checklists. This allowed us to pretty much seamlessly move onto the new platform and we have never looked back since! Korba have a very good understanding of project based businesses too which also makes a big difference in understanding requirements.

We had a problem where a piece of software was opening up with a completely blank window. A couple of different IT support people had between them spent hours and hours on my PC trying to sort the problem, including the manufacturer of the software! Finally they said the only thing was to reimage the machine. Within a few minutes of contacting Korba the problem had been solved - it was a display driver issue! My computer kept on 'blue screening'. My normal IT Support company had spent a long time over a number of days trying to sort the problem and couldn't. When I spoke to Korba, Nigel asked a few questions and realised that it was happening only when my computer was running on battery and plugged into an external monitor - so after updating some drivers it stopped happening!

When my emails stopped sending from Outlook my normal IT Support company spent over 45 minutes trying to sort it out and couldn't resolve it. They told me there had been lots of changes to the security of emails and connections to the server and that my email provider probably wasn't up to date with all the changes - the best thing they could suggest was for me to get a new email address! Korba sorted this problem within 5 minutes - unbelievable fault finding ability and service.
